  My mission is to help you create a healthier, more fulfilling life one small, sustainable step at a time. As a certified health coach with a background in physical therapy, I bring a unique perspective to the coaching process. My clinical experience helps me understand the complex journey toward healing, resilience, and long-term well-being. I specialize in supporting individuals who are rebuilding their health, whether from chronic conditions, recovery after illness, new life stages or changes in health status.  In our coaching work, we will focus on your goals, your vision of health, and the consistent steps that will get you there. Coaching is not about fixing or prescribing, it's about partnering with you to create the habits that will improve and sustain your long term health.  No matter where you're starting from, coaching can help you feel more energized, empowered, and in control of your health.
